HOW TO MAKE FRAPPE/LATTE
Cold Frappe Recipe: Mix 1 teaspoon of Matcha Tea powder, glass of milk, few ice cubes and sweetener. For best results, use a blender. Dollop with frothed milk or whipped cream.

Warm Latte Recipe: Bring 1 cup of unsweetened milk to a bare simmer (do not boil - very hot temperature will “burn” green tea and make it bitter). Whisk 1 oz of milk with 1 teaspoon of Matcha tea powder and sweetener of your choice. Top it with the rest of warm milk. Dollop with frothed milk or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!

Traditional: Sift 1 tsp matcha into a cup using a small sifter. Add 2oz hot water. For best results use water just under a boil. Whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy. Adjust measurement to suit taste. For more delicate flavor use 6-8oz of water and sweetener of your choice."
